This website is partially compliant with the requirements of Annex A of UNI CEI EN 301 549 due to the cases of non-compliance and/or exemptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
In order to produce this accessibility statement, we considered the WCAG 2.1 standards and the user experience of a test panel made up of people with different disabilities, who tested the website using different assistive technologies and interaction methods, including screen readers (Jaws, NVDA, VoiceOver), keyboard navigation and magnification features.
The non-conformities and the corresponding WCAG success criteria are listed below:
1.1.1 Non-text Content: some non-text elements do not have appropriate text alternatives.
1.2.1 Audio-only and Video-only (Prerecorded): a complete text alternative is not always available for prerecorded video content.
1.3.1 Info and Relationships: information, relationships, and the structure of content are not always programmatically determined in a consistent manner.
1.4.1 Use of Color: some links on the website are distinguishable from the surrounding text by color alone.
1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum): the contrast ratio between text and its background does not always meet the minimum required values (4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large-scale text). In addition, some text is displayed over non-uniform backgrounds.
1.4.4 Resize Text: when text is resized up to 200%, some content or functionality is no longer fully available or may become overlapped, clipped, or difficult to use.
1.4.10 Reflow: when the content is zoomed to 400%, some functionality is no longer fully usable.
2.1.1 Keyboard: not all functionality of the interface is fully operable through a keyboard.
2.2.2 Pause, Stop, Hide: some moving or automatically updating elements do not always provide controls to pause or stop them.
2.4.1 Bypass Blocks: there is no mechanism that allows users navigating by keyboard or using assistive technologies to bypass blocks of content.
2.4.2 Page Titled: page titles are not always unique or descriptive of the purpose of the content.
2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context): the purpose of some links cannot be determined from the link text alone or from its programmatically determined context.
2.4.7 Focus Visible: in some sections of the website, the visual focus indicator is not visible.
3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: input controls do not always have programmatically associated and understandable labels.
4.1.2 Name, Role, Value: user interface components do not always correctly expose their accessible name, role, state, or value.
